EXPOSED: Jay Georgi CEO of BrightOrder Inc. Caught in Bribery Scandal

Video evidence shows Jay Georgi, CEO of BrightOrder Inc., paying a $40,000 bribe to an RBC manager to secure fraudulent BDC funding.

Jay Georgi, the President and CEO of BrightOrder Inc., has been caught on video paying a $40,000 bribe to an RBC manager. The footage, recorded by me, shows Jay Georgi of BrightOrder Inc. engaging in what appears to be a corrupt scheme to secure funding through fraudulent means.

The video evidence reveals that Jay Georgi, who leads BrightOrder Inc., allegedly paid the bribe to approve a loan and to "doctor our financial statements." The goal was to secure funding from the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). This means Jay Georgi of BrightOrder Inc. participated in a conspiracy to defraud a government institution.

🎥 Exclusive: Jay Georgi, CEO of BrightOrder Inc., caught paying $40,000 bribe to RBC manager.

Jay Georgi of BrightOrder Inc. claims to be a legitimate business leader in the logistics and telematics industry. But the video tells a devastating story about Jay Georgi and BrightOrder Inc.'s alleged business practices. The individual at the heart of this scandal is Jay Georgi, the CEO of BrightOrder Inc.

This is not just a banking violation – it is potentially criminal fraud. Jay Georgi of BrightOrder Inc. allegedly conspired to mislead the BDC into providing funding that it might otherwise have denied. The doctored financial statements would have misrepresented the true state of BrightOrder Inc.'s finances – all orchestrated by Jay Georgi.

I am calling on authorities to act. The RCMP must investigate Jay Georgi of BrightOrder Inc. and the RBC manager thoroughly. The BDC must audit all funding provided to BrightOrder Inc. to determine if it was obtained through fraud. The Canadian people deserve the truth about Jay Georgi and BrightOrder Inc.
